Need more info: Is she taking birth control pills? If so, she may have skipped the pills that don't have any hormones in them. This can prevent menstruation. It is not something to worry about. Some women use a form of birth control that makes them only have four periods per year. Extra Progesterone in the body can prevent menstruation.
