Insufficient info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it may help to talk to the pathologist at the laboratory that did the testing. It is not feasible to provide an opinion without knowing the nature of the antibody and the tests done so far.
