Very unlikely: The Nexplanon is a hormonal implant that is 99% effective at preventing pregnancy. Adding birth control pills makes it even more unlikely that you will get pregnant. However nothing is 100% effective. If you think you're pregnant, check a home pregnancy test or see your doctor.
