Nexplanon: Progesterone only contraception has as a major side effect abnormal bleeding. This could be bleeding everyday to no bleeding at all. It usually takes several months of adjustment before settling into whatever your pattern will be. Patience is a virtue. You had chosen a great contraceptive, now you will need to wait to find out what your pattern will be like.
