No: Our own body produces at least that much hydrocortisone per day to sustain life. Thus it is highly unlikely that it will impact your serum lipid levels especially re. cholesterol.

I would recheck after being off off steroids any way I feel there is a possibility of steroids affecting the level due to increased appetite and increased food consumption
