Adverse runs: depending on whether you were intubated or had a supra glottic airway, a sore throat is expected. Nausea/vomiting is also common with Anaesthesia. As for the itchy eyes - that can be from many things.

Follow up: These symptoms are consistent with an allergic reaction and you should be seen at the hospital. Take an anti histamine and please go to the ED.
