GP: Unfortunately, headaches are something we all suffer from time and again depending on what's going on in our lives (as well as allergens or many other factors). If they are severe or you have other neurological symptoms best to see your GP/primary care doctor just to have an evaluation to ensure that nothing else is going on. Hope that helps!

When I have a headache, hitting myself in the head usually temporarily relieves it. Im aware this isnt a solution, but why does that happen?
