Do memory foam mattresses cause forward head posture. i got one 6 months ago and i'm starting to have back problems. i don't know if its the mattress.

Maybe: I am not aware of any medical studies showing that memory foam mattresses cause forward head posture or back pain. In fact, there are few studies showing a link between mattresses and back pain, although a 2003 study showed that a majority of patients did better on a medium firm mattress.
