Question unclear: If you are having true vertigo (you are spinning around the environment or it around you, or have the feeling that the floor is coming up to meet you) then you should be seen by an ENT doctor. The description of feeling "heavy in my head" needs more definition. See a doctor and get this worked out. Good luck.
