My 5month old son's temperature is 38.8. i av given paracetamol and artemether+lumefantrine( for malaria).how else can i help reduce his temperature?

Ibuprofen: is not usually recommended until 6 months of age. Paracetamol should be sufficient, if given in a weight appropriate dose. Your pharmacist should be able to make sure you are giving the appropriate amount.
