Ulnar neuritis: You have irritation of your ulnar nerve which travels around the medial side of the elbow is responsible for sensation in your little, ring and part of your long fingers. Anti-inflammatory medication, eliminating prolonged periods of bending the elbow (e.g. during sleep), avoiding direct pressure along the inside of the elbows can help. If symptoms persist get an evaluation by an orthopedist.
