Any specific group?: There are many different chronic pain medicines, and each one has advantages, side effects and risks. Some types of pain respond better to certain medicines than others. Any specific group (TCA, AED, Opioids)?

I want to the er last night with back pain they did a x-ray and sent me home b4 the x-rays came back. I got the results on my portal its say Superior endplate compression deformities at T12 and L1, uncertain chronicity. What dose this mean?
