ENT: This could be a tonsolith. This is a small collection of debris in a tonsil It can actually be a small stone . See your doctor and get the docs advice. Does not sound like anything serious.

Lymph tissue: In the back of your throat is a number of lymph glands. Your tonsils are part of this circuit. If you have a viral process which it seems you do that tissue will swell and does look like yellow spots on the back of your throat. I would anticipates these "spots" should resolve in another few days. Other thougths I would have would be possible thrush. Get checked if the spots do not resolve.
