Inspissated.: Inspissated pore is one with thick discharge in the skin; it can have an offensive odor. An additional possibility is a sebaceous cyst which is draining. It would be helpful to see a dermatologist for treatment. Sometimes it can be drained (inspissated pore); sometimes it requires surgical excision (sebaceous cyst).
