NSAIDs: You need a NSAID for dysmenorrhea ( menstrual cramps). There are some combination products available now that include a NSAID such as ibuprofen with a medicine to protect your stomach. Discuss this with your doctor since a prescription is required. Hope this helps and your next period is better.
