Menses IC: There are several short and long term treatments for IC, some require an in office procedure to instill these in your bladder, another is in a pill form, all require an evaluation from a specialist, either an OB/GYN or Urologist. Oral contraceptives can reduce menstrual cramping to minimal levels, and there are new procedures that can be performed to reduce menstrual cramping by up to 70%.
