I am having bad menstrual cramps i just took a 500mg of acetaminophen and 0 mg of naproxen. do you know if this combination is harmful?

Be careful mixing: Discuss with your obgyn. Their are better treatments. Too much Acetaminophen can hurt the liver and too much Naproxen can hurt the kidney. If they are to be used together you need to know the limits and this needs to be set by your doctor. This one time event is probably ok. But see your obgyn asap.
