Possible hives: If these developed acutely, they may be hives (urticaria), which can occur from an allergic reaction, stress, temperature change or no known reason. Hives do not always itch. Try zyrtec (cetirizine). Seek medical attention if your symptoms if your symptoms persist or worsen.
