Thigh rash: your rash could be an allergic reaction, fungal infection or some kind of folliculitis (inflammation/infection around your hair follicles). Could also be a viral infection such as common warts. Infections are typically painful and swollen and can spread quickly if not treated. Best to see your doctor or a dermatologist to determine what it is. Hard to diagnose without seeing it.
