I saw my ultrasonography report that my left kidney is mildly dilaited.as my right kidney is 9.6cm but my left kidney is 9.8cm.is it a problem???

No: Unless it actually said that you left kidney was dilated, that would be called hydronephrosis, then it is not a problem. It is rare that both kidneys are exactly the same size. Both of your kidneys are a normal size.
