BFN?: Altho I don't know what bfn stands for, I can tell you that a late period in combination with abdominal and pelvic pain is very concerning. You could have an abnormal pregnancy or a pelvic infection, both of which require medical evaluation and treatment. Best wishes & please don't delay!
