Ice - best early,but: Even after the best time, ice will help - it will heal in a week probably but will look pretty bad - swelling and colors of all sorts. Some pain pills can reduce swelling - ask your Dr or pharmacist, but it's good to avoid aspirin since it can make internal bleeding worse. Be more careful. Be patient. Try to see the humor.
