Avoid miscarriage: If I understand your question you have had one or more miscarriages in early pregnancy? Many factors can cause this. Chromosomal abnormalities are a common cause of miscarriage though I think you mentioned that you already had one healthy child? Also, tobacco, alcohol and drug use as well as excessive weight can increase chance of miscarriage. The older you are the more the risk of miscarriage.
