Test reads squamous epithelial cells analysis is rare. bacteria is also rare. not sure what that means?

Nothing: If it is a urine test it doesn't mean much. Squamous epithelial cells are from your urethra which can come out with your urine. Rare bacteria is just that rare. If you have symptoms see your doctor.

Which test is this?: I am not sure which test results you are reading this from. But from the sounds of it, I think you are reading off a Pap smear test result. If you are, then the result are fine, you have no issue. In Pap smears we are interest to see if the cervix has any epithelial cells (skin cells) have any abnormalities due to HPV. If this is a pap smear it sounds like you should be fine. But ask your doc.

No worries...: These results (likely for urinalysis) are unremarkable. The term "rare" in this context means "very few in number." In other words, on microscope exam of the urine sample, there were very few bacteria (meaning not worrisome) and you had some squamous cells (very common, skin cells from skin outside of urethra [eg from penis or from your hand in close contact]).
