Why do my uti's come back as soon as i finish the course of antibiotics?

Urologist: you may have a chronic form of cystitis which is infectious, such as cystitis cystica or even a noninfectious chronic form such as interstitial cystitis. I would suggest to see a urologist for a cystoscopy and other studies to sort this out.
