I have these tiny colorless bumps on my forehead (near eyebrows and eyes) it's itchy too. what are those and what treatment should i consider?

Seborrheic derm?: This is a typical location for seborrheic dermatitis, which could cause such symptoms, especially if the area also is reddened and with flaky skin. Most people with seb derm also have a dandruff problem. It should be safe to try over-the-counter hydrocortisone ("anti-itch") cream. If that doesn't clear it up in a few days, you'll need to see a doctor for diagnosis and the best treatment.

Epidermal cyst that: may have keratin in it. You're seeing benign bumps also known as epidermal inclusion cysts that has dead skin cells covering a bump, and they are hard to remove by yourself, once you start having them appear. You can also see an oculoplastics surgeon, who will probably use a syringe needle to remove them at their base using local anesthetic. so they don't come back. Try using warm compresses too.
