Itchy: Itchy bumps may be from insect bites or be hives or be from an allergic reaction to something that comes in contact with your skin under the eyes. For relief try an antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or Claritin (loratadine). See your Physician if more appear or redness appears and spreads.
