Meibomian: These are meibomian glands which secret the oil to help lubricate the surface of the eye. When these get plugged up then yes it forms a style or chalazion. Get a hot wash cloth wnd hold over the eye for 10 minutes the gently massage the lids. If severe can use Minocin (minocycline) once a day( this is a prescription).
