Shortness of breath: Hi, you need evaluation by a good physician to figure out the underline cause of your shortness of breath, there are too many causes for SOB including lung disease, heart disease, muscle weakness, anemia and etc. The inhalers could be useful for Asthma, COPD and some allergies but not treating the other causes of SOB. Good luck.

Dr heidi. I was just thinking should we nebulize daily to ensure that we do nrt have any breathing problems seeing that covid attacks your respiratory system. Or should we rather get inhalers if we struggle to breath.
