Depression: I understand your distress. “Not interested in anything, tired” are symptoms of depression. Symptoms in November may be due to unresolved feelings in marriage, children or relationships, separation, loneliness, and holiday season. Go to Niagara Falls, Feel the Wonder, Energy and Flow. Feel good about your achievements. Increase Vitamin D to 5000Units/day. See a Psychiatrist for Therapy for stress.

Anniversary reaction: You are likely having an anniversary reaction to a the loss of a loved one or some other traumatic experience. Vit D is an unlikely factor because of the specific and sudden onset of fatigue. See: http://www.ptsd.va.gov/professional/research-bio/research/anniversary_reactions_pro.asp and http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/end-of-life/in-depth/grief/art-20045340 I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Seasonal affect: Get an evaluation for seasonal affect disorder. Certain times of year can trigger mood changes, such as changes in amount of sunlight during winter, or emotional baggage often brought about by the end-of-year holidays. In addition to watching diet and seeking a med referral from a psychiatrist, get a referral for a reputable psychotherapist to discuss what this time of year means to YOU.

Many possibilites: As aches there is less daylight you may be experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder . This can be treated with increased exposure to light with light box, antidepressants and therapy . It is also possible that November has important emotional meaning to you, perhaps the anniversary of the loss of loved one or of a traumatic event. Some people get depressed as the holiday season approaches.
