I get i suffer major anxiety/worry & makin myself phys sick but i've tried everything, changed diet etc. is winter always worse cause i'm mindful of it?

Seasonal Affective: Disorder or S.A.D. is a real problem in Northern climates. Eating right, Not smoking, limiting alcohol use, getting plenty of exercise, and checking your Vitamin levels would be appropriate. Taking extra VitamiN D will allow you to feel better - and may help getting you through the Winter less depression and anxiety. Good Luck
