High for fasting: A blood glucose of 6.8 mmol/L (122 mg/dl) is within the range of a normal blood glucose, however it is high for a fasting blood glucose (10 hours after last eating. If your blood glucose was checked before you had eaten anything (i.e. fasting) then it should be less than 5.5 mmol/L. You may need other tests, such as HgbA1c or glucose tolerance test, to determine whether or not you have diabetes.
