Sugar levels : I am not sure of the units and tests you are mentioning. Hemoglobin A1c more than 5.6 and less than 6.4 is prediabetes. Fasting glucose more than (100 mg/dL or 5.5 mmol/L ) and less than (126 mg/dL or 7.0 mmol/L) is prediabetes. . An A1c more than 6.4 , or fasting glucose more than 126 mg/dL or 7.0 mmo/L is diabetes.
