Ear ache and conjunc: tivitis go together as a respiratory ,likely viral ,infection, which is highly contagious from person to person. Not from kittens.Other related symptoms may be runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever, rash, headache.C doc if not getting better in a few days or for high fever or drastic decrease in eating/drinking.Encourage fluids, tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever/pain/fussyness.
