Sinusitis: Your daughter sounds as if she has a sinusitis and the dripping into her nose and into her mouth might have inflamed the eustachian tube the goes from the nasopharnyx to the inner ear. She should try breathing the steam from just hot water (no so close she burns her face, nose and throat). If there is no change have her see her physician.

Ear ache : Depends on her age! But after six months if no fever you can wait for 2-3 days and if no improvement get her examined. Be sure to use a pain reliever while waiting
