Chest tightness: any other symptoms?? cardiac issues need to be excluded probably best to go to the ER to be evaluated

Call 911: The tightness, pain or pressure, in your chest and shortness of breath is always a red flag and visit to the ER or Urgent Care is warranted. Do not drive, call 911.

Hi! Im a 31 year old female. Dont have any heart problems in my family. I have scoliosis. Sometimes (every six months or so) when I take a hot shower my chest feels super tight and it feels like I cant breathe. After a couple seconds the feeling supsides.
