Left chest pain: Checked for gastritis/ GERD ? H pylori? You could try ranitidine/ prevecid, H pylori needs test . Mmay be TMJ ( tender when pressing while opening mouth?), or thoracic outlet ( finger numbs?) rarely could be cardiac, mitral valve prolapse which is common or asymmetric septal hypertrophy. ( need echocardiogram) or coarctation( echo or CT angio) or PE( check d-dimer, angio) or mass -CXR -f/u w/doc
