No worries: It is not at all usual for a baby to be in a breech position during the second trimester. Your baby still has plenty of room and plenty of time to turn over. The position of the fetus is always reported on ultrasound, but is not really reason for concern until the baby is getting bigger and close to delivery. Don't worry. If the ultrasound findings are normal, you are blessed.
