I am 36 weeks preg. and an ultrasound just revealed my baby is breech. what can i do to help her turn around so i can deliver vaginaly?

Not much: You could ask your doctor if he/she is willing to do an external cephalic version. This is a procedure where 1-2 doctors manually attempt to essentially flip your baby. Not all of us still do this.
