Constipation??: I would expect more discomfort in the first 24-48 hours rather than 2 weeks later if there had been significant injury to the tailbone or lower spine or sacrum. from the fall. Is the heavy pressure sensation in the anal rectal area? Then this maybe more a constipation problem, in which case a laxative or enema might be indicated.
