Breathing problems: At 33 wks of pregnancy, the fetal size restricts the excursion of the diaphragm, which provides less oxygen to the lungs, making it more noticeable even with minor exercise, etc.. This will improve as the fetus descends into the pelvis after 25-36 weeks, and respiration will be easier, as the diaphragm will not be as compromised.

It's common, but...: It is very common to have some shortness of breath during the later stages of pregnancy. Keep an eye on your blood pressure, overall weight, and degree of leg swelling. If any of these are getting significantly worse, get in to see your obstetrician sooner rather than later.
