Milk in ear: It is doubtful that this can cause otitis. Don't worry. Try to dry around the ear canal with a soft cloth but don't stick anything into the canal.

No: Place him in a position to let the milk run out and all will be fine. The milk may eventually stink up the ear, but will not give him an infection.
