Unlikely milk: Recurrent ear infections is a fairly common problem especially in children. Typically these ear infections are related to frequent colds in conjunction with eustachian tubes that are relatively horizontal contributing to poor drainage of fluid from the middle ear. Food allergies generally present with skin and/or GI symptoms. Consider an evaluation for environmental allergies.
