No: There is no relationship between milk protein intolerance and ear infections. However, there could be a relationship between milk allergy, of which increased mucus production can occur (rhinitis) and ear infection as a complication of the resultant eustachian tube dysfunction (the tube connecting the throat and the ear does not function properly).
