How tall are you: it really depend on how tall are you, to calculate your BMI,and to find out your ideal weight. you can increased the healthy weight by eating more protein and carbohydrate,amd less fat you can drink a supplement ,each can can have anywhere between 350-500 calories, and that is easy and healthy calories. you might need to be checked for a specific disease that prevent weight gain. see a doctor.
