Pain top of left leg when i stand or move it , no pain on rest and can't see any swelling it's been 2 weeks now any ideas ?

See a doctor: IT COULD ONE OF MANY DIAGNOSIS if the pain is on the top of the leg it could be a muscle fatigue,varicoses vein,or arterial spasm if you are a smoker apply heat pad and take ibuprofen 600 mg three time a day with meals as long as you are allergic to it you might need a vascular ultrasound for a verification so the best advice is to see your doctor for evaluation and treatment
