I noticed that the veins on the top of my right foot are bulging suddenly in the last 48 h especially the vein leading from my ankle into the rest of my leg. i don't have any pain or swelling in my foot or leg. is this anything to be concerned about?

Have you been keeping your foot more dependent in the last 48 hours? This would cause the vein to have more blood in it and look bigger. The treatment would be to elevate it, which you should try anyway to see if this allows the vein to decrease in size again. If this doesn’t help and it continues and is worrisome, see your doctor to determine the diagnosis and treatment, if needed. Good luck!
