I have a burning sensation in my left leg. no pain, no redness,no swelling, isnt hot to the touch. its been doing this in the evenings for the past 4 days. i asked my gp and she just kind of said if theres no pain, dont worry. any ideas?

Neurologist : I have to disagree with your GP. Burning sensation is a nerve type of sensation. Given that it’s very possible that is what you are experiencing. You did not describe the area or the type of burning you are feeling and when you are feeling it. Therefore it is difficult to give you a more definitive answer. But That will give you some place to start. See a neurologist

Peripheral neuropath: Dr. M is correct. Consider a few supplements like Bcomplex, alpha lipase, magnesium. Some evidence that these may help but may all be placebo.
