Diarrhea: Hello Neena.If it has not been 48 hrs since you started with the diarrhea, usually the diarrhea clears up on its own. In your case you may take Imodium (loperamide) one pill 2 hours prior to the travel and one pill during the travel, if your travel is more than 4 hours long. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking any electrolyte solution like Gatorade, Adultlyte etc. Call doctor if not better in 2 days from now.
