Diarrheaand dry: Stomach cramps, diarrhea and very dry, suggest you are dehydrated, you should go to the er or your doctor you need fluids, if you are not vomiting, you can take clear liquids containing electrolytes.But if the blood test shows electrolyte abnormalities you will need IV fluids to correct dehydration.
